Based in Cape Town and founded in 2015, Charm & Perfection Planning offers event management services with a personal touch to clients who want to outsource the arrangements of their wedding, celebration, launch or special occasion to a trusted and experienced event planner.

Our services are characterised by passion and thoroughness, and underpinned by 15 years of hands-on experience. We will be there for you every step of the way, helping you to make your dream event memorable. For you this means a professional and well-managed event to charm your guests. Our infrastructure, reliable network of service providers and know-how of the industry enable us to leverage economies of scale and to negotiate discount where appropriate. An owner-managed business

Charm & Perfection Planning is owner-managed by Charmaine Pretorius. She has 15 years of event management experience at 5-star establishments, corporates such as Old Mutual, Total and British American Tobacco, and local and international clients such as Sir Richard Branson, Tony Blair, Christian Slater, Ruan Botha and Jan Serfontein.

We have a core team of talented event planners and a trusted network of service providers that can be leveraged depending on the scope of your event.
